01How do I get a ticket to HiFY 2026?

Tickets are distributed through HLCC Ambassadors. Connect with an ambassador or receive an invitation from someone already within the network.

02Why are tickets managed through HLCC Ambassadors?

Ambassador-led access helps create a warm, trusted friends-of-friends atmosphere while keeping the gathering welcoming and community-centred.

03Is HiFY inclusive?

Yes. Whether you are a long-time wellness advocate or only beginning to explore healthier living, you are welcome at HiFY.

04Why is there an all-white dress code?

White represents health, unity and equality. Thousands of guests dressed in white create a powerful collective canvas at The Meadow.

05What should I wear?

Choose an elegant outfit entirely in white or shades of white. White, silver or gold accessories are welcome; cocktail or elevated festive attire works best.

06Can I bring my own food to HiFY 2026?

Outside food is not permitted. A curated, nutrient-dense menu is included, with dietary preferences collected during registration.

07Can I bring my own water and drinks?

Outside beverages are not allowed. Hydration stations and a selection of refreshing drinks will be available throughout the event.

08What kind of food will be served?

The menu focuses on vibrant, nourishing ingredients presented as a generous shared dining experience. Dietary options are confirmed during registration.

09Are tickets refundable?

Tickets, catered meals and beverages are not refundable or transferable.

10Do I need to bring a guest?

HiFY is designed to be shared, so tickets are sold in pairs. Bring someone who will enjoy the evening with you.

11My guest can no longer attend. What should I do?

You can update your guest’s name until one day before the event.

12What time does the event start and end?

The event typically runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Final timing will appear on your digital pass.

13What do I need to bring?

Bring your digital pass, a fully charged phone, light personal essentials and your all-white outfit.

14Is parking available at the venue?

Parking is available near The Meadow, including Gardens by the Bay and Bayfront area car parks. Public transit or carpooling is encouraged.

15How do I get there by public transport?

Use Gardens by the Bay MRT Station (TE22), Exit 1, or Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16), Exit B. Bus 400 also stops nearby.
